With clinical experience embedded, Hi understands how care is really delivered - the pressures, risks, and realitieis clinicans work within. This ensures our work is practical, crediable, and designed with clinicans, not imposed on them.

3. Lived health system experience
Hi is also shaped by deep, ongoing lived experience within the health system as a patient and family member. Seeing healthcare from the inside - across services (teritary health, allied health & NDIS), settings, and systems - brings urgnecy, empathy, and a relentless focus on standards and outcomes.
